Feeling Like It’s Been a Long Week? You’re Not Alone 🙏

Finding Strength When the Week Feels Long

Hey Family!

If this week has felt extra long, you’re not alone. Sometimes life just piles on, and before we know it, we’re exhausted—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Whether it's school, work, relationships, or just the everyday challenges that come with life, it can feel like we’re constantly running on empty.

But here’s the good news: God sees you. He knows exactly what you're going through, and He’s offering rest—not just for your body, but for your soul.

Jesus reminds us in Matthew 11:28:
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

Take a deep breath. No matter how your week has been, you can lay it all down at His feet. He’s got you.

Here’s What’s Inside This Week’s Newsletter:

1. Encouragement for Your Week
When life feels overwhelming, it’s easy to put our faith on the back burner. But those are the moments when we need it most. Take five minutes today to pause and pray. Just a simple, honest conversation with God can reset your heart and mind.

2. Scripture to Hold On To
“The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.” — Psalm 28:7
Let this verse be a reminder that you don’t have to carry everything on your own. Trust in Him, and He’ll give you strength.

3. Faith in Action
This week, try to slow down and focus on one simple act of faith each day—whether it’s listening to worship music, journaling your thoughts, or encouraging a friend with a kind word. Small steps lead to big growth.

4. Quick Tip for Finding Rest
Put your phone down for a little while and just be. Take a walk, breathe deeply, and talk to God in those quiet moments. Sometimes, we just need to step away from the noise to hear His voice.

I know life can get overwhelming, but I want to remind you that you’re not in this alone. God’s with you every step of the way, and so am I.

Let’s keep walking, one day at a time.

With faith,
Preston
